Booking Steps

1- Please choose the pickup location, either at company branches or specific locations.

2- All available cars will be displayed based on the date and time you have selected, and then you can choose the car that suits your needs.

3- After that, you can add any services that enhance your enjoyment and improve your experience with us, including additional insurances that enhance safety and confidence.

4- If you wish to join the MARTI family, you can log in to take advantage of all the offers we provide to our customers, or you can continue as a visitor.

5- Then, please add driver information regarding personal details and driving license, which is the same information required for an additional driver if available.

6- Upon confirming the reservation, you will be presented with a Quick Response (QR) code and a reservation number. You can print the reservation or send it to your email. Afterward, the responsible person from the customer service department will contact you to complete the delivery procedures.
