Cancellation Terms:

• The customer retains the right to cancel the reservation without incurring any cost if the cancellation is made before 48 hours from the start of the contract.
• In the event of canceling the reservation after 48 hours from the start of the contract, the customer must pay a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the remaining days in the contract.

The fine includes all additional services listed in the contract and is calculated based on the total value of the contract.

As for the issue of additional kilometers:

• In the case of purchasing additional kilometers, the customer must pay for them at the time of contract signing.
• The value of additional kilometers cannot be refunded after the contract comes into effect.
